• Group techniques, working with sub-groups to approach topics that are essential to the understanding of Foster Care and its implications: origins, belonging, abandonment, complement, identity, prejudice.

2nd LEVEL

Foster Care in Depth

Addressed to: all those willing to go deeper into the topic, participants in the Foster Care process.

• Different types of Foster Care.
• Building of a new attachment framework:
  • Reattachment. Relationship: child – birth family – foster family.
  • Facilitators and barriers of Foster Care.
  • Relationship with other participants.

3rd LEVEL

Implementation of Foster Care

Addressed to: Professional Teams or professionals interested in implementing Foster Care in their competence area.

• Methodological approach.
• Guidelines for the design of Foster Care programs in the participating institutions.
